Fitness & General Health clients take advantage of our motivational style, cutting edge techniques and the Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer certification from the National Strength & Conditioning Association. We use cutting edge techniques that are proven and currently being used within the professional and collegiate sports setting.
Typical goals for this type client include:

Health & Fitness Sessions Consists Of:
60 or 30 minute sessions with a personal trainer that focuses on addressing your specific needs.
