For the client who may or may not have a solid fitness base and has a history of multiple injury, chronic pain, and decreased function due to injuries . Injury prevention clients take advantage of our wide range of experience to help them move through and past any shortcomings that may be keeping them from their goal. We use our cutting edge techniques to keep you healthy while moving you closer to where you want to beTypical goals for this type client include:
- Avoiding recurring pain that increases with activity
- Recuperating after rehabilitation when you are not quite ready for a normal level of conditioning
- Reduce chronic pain
- Resolve postural and mechanical deviations before returning to normal activity
Injury Prevention Sessions Consists Of:
60 or 30 minute sessions with an athletic trainer that focuses on addressing your specific needs.

- Complimentary goal assessment
- Anthropometric measurements

- Periodic progress assessments
