Each category is distinct in its goals and has different parameters to improve success. Clients and patients often utilize one or more of our services to complete their program.

Our Strength & Conditioning programs are for individuals who want to improve their fitness, athletic ability, muscular balance, and aesthetic. The typical client will

Our injury prevention program is geared toward active individuals that have a history of injury and would like to reduce their risk factors of getting injured again. Many clients/patients on this program have not been active recently, and are apprehensive of returning to normal activity due to . The typical injury prevention client/patient needs to focus on the following:

  • Core Stability
  • Balance
  • Correcting movement dysfunctions
  • Improving strength and coordination throughout the kinetic chain

The injury recovery program is focused on recovering after an athletic injury. The main priority is improving functionality, range of motion, and strength of the injured area but attention is given to maintaining fitness, symmetry, and strength of the uninjured areas as well. The typical injury recovery client/patient needs:

  • Pre-operative conditioning
  • Post-operative conditioning
  • Chronic pain management
  • Non surgical injury recovery/strengthening
  • Soft tissue mobilization/stretching
